"Wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity."
~Hippocrates, Father of Medicine
If there's something that a man must be so concerned of it's his own body, next would be his environment and then his relationship with others. These three statements moved me from being just an amateur blogger of my daily experiences to actually talk about things that matter. Health is definitely a serious matter. Being able to acquire my bachelor's degree in Nursing and a product of an educational institution driven to help the poor, I was trained for almost 5 years to actually be of service to my fellow men, this is something I was not able to let go after I made my graceful exit in my alma mater, La Salle, almost a year ago. I started serving for the purpose of healthcare on my sophomore year in high school, started out as a volunteer of the Philippine National Red Cross Negros Occidental-Bacolod City Chapter, from then on I was involved in so many activities that promote health and value of the environment. All of these for the service of my fellow locals in my region.
I am a blogger of almost anything, but almost a quarter of it is about me. About my experiences in travelling, in performing arts, in media experiences, gadgets & food among others, but nothing was really about HEALTH which is a thing of my profession. Since I am still waiting for my license to arrive, (also a licensed nurse by the way), and since I am still not employed as of the moment. I decided to make use of this hobby that I have since 2004. Always remember that those who love health, loves humanity as well.
